The production of our wines, "Corucho" and "Luis Saavedra", follow the qualit guidelines of the big wines of the world, under the conduction(driving) of the enologist of the warehouse, Luis Saavedra (son).

Vintages and vinificaciones separated by plots and varieties, despalillado and squeezed soft. There are realized long macerations adapted to every variety and crop, the temperature of fermentation is controlled realizing mended diaries for the extraction of the soft tannins of the grapes.
